Jamaican and Bacon Jerk Wing Makin
I was rummaging thru the frig and found a jar of Jerk Marinade that needed using so I thawed some chicken wings and put them in it over night. Got them ready to wrap but, if the weather turns it's back on me, then I may have to do them in the Oven and move this to the Anything Except BBQ Location. However, for now let's think Positive and I'll ad more pics as the day ?progresses?

Yes Sir, Mr. Oakie Sawbones turned me onto that a while back. I've got an unopened jar of the HOT version but I'm waiting until I have some Heat Eaters to join me when I use it the first time.

You might as well get the Reynolds wrap out; It's 35 here with rain/sleet/snow and about a 15-20 north wind. It outta be to your place soon

You should sign up for that Weather Man's Job, Friend.
We do have sunshine but still in the high 30s and strong NW winds - - - soooooooooo
The Reynolds is out and under the rack that is going in the oven at 350 for 30 min per side, plus or minus.
More later.

thanks, I'm nervous as to how the Jerk Sauce and Bacon are going to get along with my taste buds

Re: Jamaican and Bacon Jerk Wing Makin
Welps my jitters were founded because the Jerk Sauce was too overpowering for me. So overpowering that I couldn't enjoy the taste of the wing and bacon. I've used that Sauce before but not as a marinade and not so much. I actually just finished what was left because it need using or chunking and so it's my fault, however, the Wiffy ate one wing and liked it except for the heat. Go Figger
Good News is that the Rambo Trap Door and Wrapping technique was a Winner and when I bit through it the filling was there in full force.
Had some leftover sides of corn and green beans to finish off also so that made the plate complete anyhow.

I wonder if you would prefer the actual marinade over the seasoning?
Looks like a good cook from here.

'Preciate it, Fellers - - - it was just OK but would have been better had I not used so much Jerk Seasoning.
Good Point, I may look for a way to create a marinade from my last bottle of "HOT" Seasoning
Right on the Nail Head, Sir Ric
