Yesterday I found a flank steak left in my fridge. So I decided to make an onion roast with vegetable gravy, some Spätzle and Sauce.

Simply beautiful! You're inspiring me to make some spaetzle as well! I love it but the last time I tried to make it, I failed miserably. Lol

How you failed?
Just take 500gr flower, 6-8 eggs and about 200ml Water.
This cannot go wrong.

I honestly think it was poor weather for the flour. I didn't weigh it, and I should have.

At stiring the dough must make some bubbles. Then it is right.
