Thanks sooner !

Not gonna lie, I was eyeing up the Black Stone then realized I'm a little low on fuel and had a full bag of Lump within reach.

Thanks man. I've only done Ham 2 ways in my whole life. One way is an entire ham covered in a glaze, Pineapple Slices and Cloves around the holidays and the other way is over Lump like this.
I love it, I hope you do too.

Thanks Russ, I'm thinking that your Tandoori Dust ( Russ Dust ) would taste great on one of these.
Your thoughts ?

Would you mind sharing the ingredient amounts for the paste? Also where did you get that raised grate for the smokey joe?

Hey Chris, good seeing you back. We were all thinking about you.
As for the paste, to be completely honest I just went with the Mad Scientist method and altered it by taste.
As for the rack it was part of the Nu Wave that I once had.

ok thanks WV. I think I am going to try to do this tonight. I love a good ham steak and usually grill some pineapple to go along with it.

Egad. Ham a lama ding dong....
BE WELL, BUT NOT DONE
Hank: "Do you know how to jumpstart a man's heart with a downed power line?"
Bobby: "No."
Hank: "Well, there's really no wrong way to do it."
