Emm, you have a lot of bigger parts to choose from.

The best parts imo is the leg, rack, filets and shanks. One of the biggest delicacies heres is the sheeps head. Called smalahove. Its salted and smoked. I don't eat it.Image

The only thing I don't like about lamb chops is that they're gone in three bites.
