Get you a scraper. I scrape mine down while it’s hot then wipe it down with some oil and a paper towel. Since ours stays on the deck I sanitize it by steaming it before each use then apply another layer of oil. So far so good on both of mine. Enjoy!

Check your local WalMart. They recently released a new design with a rear grease drain. This is the one TxDragon is showing. Which means there are deals to be had on the old design if they still have any.
