Breakfast on the Blackstone!
Yup.. I'm hooked. I knew I would be! It brings cooking in quantity home where it's convenient. Starting with some homemade breakfast sausage; pork butt ground and blended with my breakfast blend, buttermilk pancakes, and some eggs. Sausage here is first. Pancakes will go on shortly! Stay tuned!!

Re: Breakfast on the Blackstone!
That Blackstone looks interesting. Just persuaded my wife that we needed the WSM. Looks like another persuasion is needed.
Your cook looks great. I like the argument that it's easy to cook a larger batch of food and put in the freezer.

Pancakes and eggs!
I've never liked cooking eggs on a flattop and I guess I still don't. Lol! This breakfast for 9 is in the bag now and took half the time as it would have in the kitchen. Gotta thank the wife again.. Best.. Gift.. EVER!!

The biggest thing I hated was doing breakfast for family when they came up.
I hated not having breakfast ready and HOT at one time instead of serving 3 at a time and everyone eating at different times so you're spot on regarding ( all at once ) cooking/serving.
Last breakfast was in November for 6 of us. We could have easily accommodated another 4 settings.... EVERYTHING was cooked and served at one time, it was a nice change.
Great seeing you having a blast with that.
You should try a BIG omelette, u will get a kick out of it.

What's funny about the egg rings is they are too perfectly round for me. I like the Carnage lol

Actually had to have my wife show me - she’s the egg master here. If I cook at a little higher temp I can keep them from running all over the place.

Lol! If you look at my egg on the left, it looks like it's got a cleaver hacked into it!

Funny thing.. I had planned hashbrowns but only had 1 potato. The HB idea then got 86'd.
