T-bone with Hassleback and Salad
Picked up a pound and a quarter T-bone the other day. I had planned on getting a Prime Bone-In Ribeye because of the Sale that Rambo told us about but I wasn't happy with "any" of their cuts. Lots of big fat streaks in them. Oh Well.
Anyhow grilled the T-bone and fixed some Hassleback taters that I also haven't done in a while. Chopped some lettuce, celery and green own-yawn for a side salad and Plated my Lunch. The T-bone was the most tender steak that I think I've ever eaten. I also used some Italian Dressing for a glue and the sprinkled lots of Suckle Busters Campfire Steak Seasoning so therefore I didn't get any sear at all.

Parts: you did well! That is a really great meal. Great pictures. Hasselback is one of my favorite potatoes. Haven't had a t-bone for many years. You made me put on the list.

Re: T-bone with Hassleback and Salad
This was my second attempt and the first one was not very pretty.
This time I used a wooden spoon with a round handle to guide me on the backside and sight on the front.
However, there's no telling what the next try will produced.

Re: T-bone with Hassleback and Salad
An easy trick is to place two chopsticks along the potato. One on each side. They will stop you from cutting through.
