Thanks. The style of the beer we drink follows the seasons. During the winter with short days we often drink darker and "heavier" beer. When the spring and summer arrives with more and more daylight we also drink lighter beer. Corona is not my first choice, but it's ok.

I always grew up drinking mostly the same beer except when I would be in Mexico where the beer was very different tasting... than the American flavors, of coarse this was long before the days of craft beer 40 years ago...

Yes. It was a bit like that here too. A few big breweries sold a lot of their ordinary pilsner. Only the last 5-10 years craft beer really made it's way into the market, which also forced the big breweries to come up with more and better products. Almost all the beer in Norway is brewed by the purity law. It's a law from 1922 that states that the only allowed ingredients in beer is malt, hops and water. EU forced us to abandon the law but most breweries still follow it. I like to brew my own beer where I can make the varieties I like.

I have made a lot of wine in my days, never beer. I have the books and someday when I get rid of this time consuming thing I have called a job then I will pursue brewing my own. Things being as they are seems like I spend all my time doing for others and never have any time for myself, once I get that 60 hours a week back and am not driving back an forth to work, I will get my opportunity

I understand. Take care. 60 hours a week is not healthy over time.spacetrucker wrote:I have made a lot of wine in my days, never beer. Brewing beer is a bit timeconsuming. Takes a whole day to brew.

Greg: This picture showed up on my Facebook page yesterday. The text on the picture says:GRailsback wrote:Not sure there is any need Joe, other than appearance they operate the same way our do.
Has Mrs Joe inquired why those nice crocs are suddenly from and center?
On the plane in the shoot hole of jersey. Last leg, hope to be in the wardens car by 9 central tonight.

Edit. Had to alter the picture to show only the left foot. With two feet it was an adult photo!!

Joe, i am confident you will have no issues with burnt orange crocs. In fact, you should consider looking into getting Mrs Joe a pair.
