Tri tip and green beans!
Forgot who posted earlier about grilling a tri tip, but it made me want one, so after work I went and got one, along with some greens beans and shishito peppers. Standard homemade seasoning on the tri tip and cooked with indirect heat. The shishito got direct heat then fished with salt. I blanched and shocked the green beans before grilling. After I got the char I was looking for I took them off and tossed in a mixture of olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic and fresh thyme then put back on he grill for a few minutes to calm down the raw garlic punch. Forgot to take a picture of the cooked tri tip, wife and I were hungry, but it was a perfect medium rare. Also made a charred red salada because we had the components to make it. Charred tomatoes, onion garlic and jalapeño, then mixed with the emulsion blender with fresh cilantro stems and powdered chicken bouillon (we like the msg).

Nice!
BE WELL, BUT NOT DONE

Bobby: "No."
Hank: "Well, there's really no wrong way to do it."
