Looking at your photos immediately there is a desire to buy a grill-with-rotisserie.
By the way, tell me on which grills you cook this amazing meat? I've googled it (I often hear this phrase from my younger brother). So google says that a good grill is Weber Summit E-470. What can you say about this? Although I think you can find a cheaper one.

Re: Easter lamb in the making
Thanks. I'm using a Weber Summit S-670. It has a built in rotisserie motor.
I can't say I use the rotisserie a lot but I use it from time to time. It's also great for grilling pig knuckles and all kind of roasts.
I'm a big Weber fan and the one you linked to is great. I have had a few other cheaper brands and they've lasted only a couple of years. Before I bought my summit I had an older Weber which I moved to my cabin. That grill is now 18 years old and stil working fine.
There are other high quality brands out there but I don't think you can go wrong with the one you linked to.
By the way I see you're from Salt lake city. Visited the city this summer. Nice place. The national history museum was great.
