Had some chuck roll leftover from my cook a few days ago.

Drove to the store and bought what I consider a big mistake but what my wife is happy about: fullgrain burger buns.

Heated up the chuck in a casserole. Then in a pan on the grill i mixed it with the unmentionable bbq sauce I bought a week ago . Made a sandwich topped with red onions cooked tender. Tasted ok, but nothing special. ImageImageImage

I think the fullgrain buns taste more like cardboard and they feel more dry. Like the same as ordinary pasta vs. fullgrain pasta.
