Oh my…steaks in Alfredo sauce. My heart just jumped, or an artery clogged not sure which one. Either way those look fantastic.

Wishtasheester or not, those Ribs look like Ribs and that ain't no Fib, grab me a Bib I gots Dibs, couldn't fire off a squib to start my Evinrude, so I set my Jib to sail to a Rib to wash down with a Pibb <beat box pounds out opening riff from Waylon Jennings' Ramblin' Man>...

They were great. Kinda lean reebs so some of them had a pork loin texture. Cooked for just shy of 2 hours. Super tender. Bones came out clean but they were not fall of the bone. So I guess I'm saying they had a clean bite.
