Early start to Cinco de Mayo.
I used Ree Drummond's fajita recipe for the marinade- it's great.

Skewered and grilled the shrimp after a couple of hours in the marinade:
Sliced up some bell peppers and onions and sent them to the grill:
Plated for dinner and served with shredded cheddar, sour cream, and guacamole:
My wife and I stuffed ourselves.

Where he lives Joe they are probably out of the Aatlantic. East coast seafood. I only buy Gulf of Mexico Shrimp, off the coast of Texas/Louisiana. But those are great looking shrimp fajitas. Really nice, you will be making some soon.

Cold water shrimps are great. I never buy shrimps from Asia. Most of them are farmed in sewage.
