shrimp on the barbie

Postby CaptJack » Mon May 13, 2019 8:55 am

2# of shrimp on the OldSmokey
over briquets & lump mesquite w/ hickory chips
OldBay & garlic powder on one side
Costco's Mrs.Dash on the other
over a cabbage/coleslaw/pico salad
most excellent

the cabbage is the leaves from Napa cabbage to thin out the coleslaw
with a good spoonful of pico
it's my new favorite salad for bbq

Bobby: "No."
Hank: "Well, there's really no wrong way to do it."

Thanks, Sir Boots, think I'll just order some from that Despot Place and be done with it. :salut: The Wiffy drags me to Kohls a lot but I go "Nix" on wooden handled Skewers :whiteflag:
