More Local Yocal tonight. Wagyu burgers seasoned with Sucklebusters 1836 and Ring Of Fire sausage. The sausage will set your mouth on fire (might have something to do with the ghost pepper) but man I can’t stop eating it.

I just wish I lived a little closer. They’ve been there a while and I try to stop if I’m over there. Just never in the neighborhood when they are open.

Great grub Sooner. Matt has extended hours go them on the weekends now, open til 8PM Thursday-Saturday. He also opened a barbecue restaurant over on the east side, about a block east of Highway 5. Good stuff, great bar.

Yea, it’s just a 30 minute drive from Little Elm. Friend was nice enough to take me to the steak 101 class. That was a great time. Matt was fantastic.
