Sirloins.............again

Postby Larry Wolfe » Sun Feb 24, 2008 5:18 am

2 sirloins, mine rubbed with Wolfe Rub Bold and my wifes with salt and pepper. Asparagus and red onion marinated in Kraft Zesty Italian dressing and potatoes cooked in the oven.

Aloha Larry,

Great looking meal... No prob about baking the taters in the oven. Some things cook better by certain methods. I have grilled 3/8" thick slices and they come out pretty good. Mahalo for sharing.

That look really yummy, Larry! I love grilled asparagus but haven't tried it with Italian dressing. I just use some evoo and lemon-pepper with a squeeze of lemon juice at the end.
