Chez brats in lompe

Is it a ripper? It's ripped, and blakity, but grilled, not fried!

Extras were a chez slice underneath, then just mustard and relish.

Yes...it's that dreaded side dish:

(Awaiting OUP and WV and others to rip on me now)

We also had a small garden salad with cole slaw dressing, and chips. Really need to try Norway Joe's caramelized onyawns!

Ps: these are gooood but I'm still having a little trouble biting into stuff....

That's some great dogs. They look delicious. They seem to be a great fit with lompe.

I think lompe brings out the taste of the dog better than bun. I also eat hotdogs and bun, but sometimes I feel I eat more bun than dog, because the bun can be too big.

Caramelized onions are great. Both on hotdogs but also as topping on a good steak.
