Hungry for Blackened Beef

Postby OldUsedParts » Tue Jul 09, 2019 12:45 pm

Picked up a small but adequate Prime Tenderloin with the primary intention of blackening it wrapped in bacon. Standard sides were a Twice Baked Tater and Garden Salad (HEB's Garden) I really enjoyed the Flavors of everything

I also made a large enuff charcoal bed so that I could add a couple of Pork Sausage Links from Hebert's. Had to force myself not to munch on them before the steak was ready. :laughing7: :laughing7: :laughing7:
