Marinated the steaks in a mix of lime, onion, garlic and tomato juice.
Made some guacamole and salsa and a seasoning I found online.
Grilled the veggies in the Weber cast iron pan. Threw the fajitas in the grill, too. Never done that before but it worked fine.
Was a great meal in the heat here. A couple of Ringnes beers helped quench the thirst.
