Sunday and smokes rollin’

Postby bsooner75 » Sun Jul 28, 2019 9:32 am

Blues got a fire in her belly today. Got 4 chucks about to go on seasoned with a base layer of Sucklebusters 1836 and Meat Church Dia De Los Fajita. A little mesquite and cherry mixture for the smoke. We are having s party at the house next weekend so these will be pulled, vac sealed and frozen. Next weekend I’ll sous vide for the party and serve as tacos.

Mo’ stuff going on the pit later!

I'd need a BIBB for this, even tho I'm not a Meatloaf person I'm sure I would love yours.
I think the heavy Ketchup presence that I've had growing up with it did me in.
Do you use a lot of Ketchup ?

Same here and my Mom made it a lot especially between Dad's pay days.
Bet Sooner's would have us standing in line for seconds since He and 'ol Blue is conducting the symphony  :salut:
