They were great. Even though the misses asked me to go to the store right after I took the off. I was able to get about 1/2 done before leaving. It wasn’t bad after but was delicious the first time. The kalbi Asian marinate was spot on spicy with red pepper flake, orange, yoshitas gluten free was wonderful. Jerk was good not great. I’m going to world market to get the good stuff tomorrow.

One of the best things about frequenting this Forum is the great ideas that you get that you normally wouldn't think of. Without these members and their various cooks most of my lunches would be dull and boring. Thanks Forum :tup:

Thanks guys. Most of the char was sugar based. Indirectly grilled for 95% then over the flame for a short bout. I should have ignored the misses and bought the Costco bag of them. My daughters had friends over for a fire and slight party. After I made these, they all asked for food. Surprise right?
