Prime Time = Mine

Postby OldUsedParts » Fri Oct 04, 2019 12:08 pm

Fixed my first much too expensive 3/4 lb Prime Beef Center Cut Tenderloin today and without a doubt, it's the best piece of Beef I have ever tasted. I anointed it with Suckle Busters Campfire Steak Seasoning which I will use as long as I can. Got a good sear and crust on it plus moisture deluxe. SOS sides and I'm a Happy Campfire'r :salut:

Me thinks this is the hog they use to find the truffles with, because that there is a rare delicacy. He shoots, he scores.
