Saturday sirloin steak

As we often do, we cook a few sirloin steaks for the saturday evening family dinner. No exception today.

Rubbed the steaks with SB 1836 and SB campfire. I like the taste they bring.

Cooked a few shallots in the pan. Sprinkled over a little sugar and some balsamic vinegar. They tasted very good.

I like the looks of that…the food anyway. Not sure I’m ready for that white stuff you have on the ground

Us neither...but we went out in some today. It stopped before accumulation.

I would go for that plate, especially with the shallots!
