Yes, we had to try it with boneless country PORK ribs. And it was GOOOOOD. Rice and a bit of mixed vejables go well with the spicy tandoori taste.

It was a good and quick grilling. Just a few minutes for each side on the mini gas rig.

One of my favorite pieces to charcoal and BBQ! Looks awesome. Heard they were just cut up pork butts.
