Ribs should be ready shortly and so should the Okra.
Jalapeno Pintos on the Stove staying warm and Cole Slaw in Frig staying cold.
Apple Pellets on the Pit Boss and Dinner's almost done. :wav: :tup:

My regular Camera pooped out on me (setting or something) so I used my Cell Phone Camera and it did the same so, even tho I'm ashamed of the Pic but not the Food. Here tis :banghead: :angryfire:

Suckle Busters SPG, Hog Waller Honey, Texas Pecan and Chipotle Sauce were used in the cooking process.

Sounds delicious! Ribs are, for me, one of the most delicious parts of a carcass. Here the very richness of the taste of meat from the bone. In principle, the most delicious broths are obtained on the ribs.

Yes Sir, and there's an old saying that goes "The Closer to the Bone, the Sweeter the Meat" - - - I imagine that Dinner time today will probably include some pulled pork Sammies. :tup: :salut:
