Wangs n Thangs

Postby OldUsedParts » Sat Jun 26, 2021 1:02 pm

Hadn't Charcoaled any Wings in a long time so it was easy to decide what to start with. Then I just started looking in the Frig, Cabinets and Freezer and came up with what I guess I'll call the ?Sides?
Hebert's Mixed Smoked Link Sausage
Jalapeno and Cream Chez ABT's
Ear of Sweet/not Street Corn
Okra that I'd frozen to see how ?that? works on their taste??

Fixin to fire up the ECB with some Kingsford Briquettes and I can't hardly wait to taste this stuff. :chef: :chef: :chef:

I’m assuming you are referring to “ Fresh “ okra you froze. Question; how long has it been frozen? Please let us know if it worked or “ mushed out” on’ya?

It's only been frozen for about 4 days and I found it just as good as the Fresh that I've Roasted over Charcoal  :chef:

I really enjoyed all of this and definitely got my Smoke Fix for the Day. :wav:

Looks great! I love hodge-podge meals - a little of this, a little of that - just whatever strikes the fancy.
