Just a quickie grill job tonight, this is my favorite way of doing chicken,on a hot grill.I fired up some lump for my WSM,got out my favorite brand of sauce,I love Head Country Sauce's.I first rubbed them all over with Montreal Chicken spice, this is a must when I do chicken, grilled them and sauced them, those two flavors combined ....just do it for me. :D

Is some some great looking thighs. Headcountry is my all time favorite for chicken. Ken..surprised you have to mail order the stuff. Wally World and at least one other store has it retail in the Foat Wuth area.
