Just a quickie grill job tonight, this is my favorite way of doing chicken,on a hot grill.I fired up some lump for my WSM,got out my favorite brand of sauce,I love Head Country Sauce's.I first rubbed them all over with Montreal Chicken spice, this is a must when I do chicken, grilled them and sauced them, those two flavors combined ....just do it for me.
