Gonna fire up the UDS and throw on some loin backs, beef spares, a 3lb chuck roast, some homemade hotlink sausage and what ever else I can fit on there...

Sides are yet to be determined, but will be simple I'm sure...

James.

There were a couple of comps I wanted to go to and get some more judging under my belt. After filling up the F350 at $4.06 a gallon for diesel... I am thinking on just working on the yard.

Sunday will be burgers with my newly found best season.

Went to the store with no idea what to have last night...went to the meat aisle first, found some big ol' t-bones on sale at $5 off /lb :D , snatched a couple up, some portabellas stuffed with shrimp, mushrooms, garlic, shallots , and some ears of corn too. AlLso found some cracked wheat bread we grilled up. If the few pics I took turned out I will post em.
We split a steak and mushroom, left one for our son.

Yup, I here some of my buddies talking about their sponsors... mainly seasons, sauces, etc. ..... I am trying a different approach.... Chevron, Exxon, Conoco, Valero, etc...
