Boneless chop Diablo

Postby k.a.m. » Mon May 15, 2023 8:45 am

So I am on a mission with the whole jalapeno wrapped in meat.
Saturday was work in the shop building a new camp stove top then prepare supper.
I started with thick center cut chops then flattened them out.
Wrapped my jalapeno up then seasoned and wrapped in bacon.
Debbie steamed some vegetables and baked some sweet taters.
Here is a pic of the camp stove I am building.

Here is the chops before the bacon.

Seasoned and wrapped. I had three extra chops.

The jury is still out on the chops as they were on the tough side as I expected. The flavor was awesome just a bit tough.
Next up I believe I am going with hamburger meat. :D

They look awesome. Never thought of wrapping jalapeños like that but then we don't eat much jalapeños here up north either. Sounds tasty to me.
