The shrimp was marinaded in Italian dressing for about 30 minutes and grilled with some pecan chips for smoke.
The grouper filets were dusted with SB Lemon Pepper Garlic and cooked on cedar planks.
Dinner was great.

Shrimp and Planked Grouper
Visited our local seafood store and brought home some nice shrimp and grouper filets.
The shrimp was marinaded in Italian dressing for about 30 minutes and grilled with some pecan chips for smoke.
The grouper filets were dusted with SB Lemon Pepper Garlic and cooked on cedar planks.
Dinner was great.

I have had Grouper many ways but never planked. I have always wanted to but just never have done it.
