Texas-sized Pork Chops

Postby tex_toby » Wed Jun 21, 2023 9:08 am

Picked up some Texas-sized pork chops from H-E-B for the grill. Treated with Sucklebusters Honey BBQ Rub. Didn't get a photo of the side, but I also made a pot of black-eyed peas with bacon and okra. My belly went to bed happy. :D

I can't always please everybody. I'm not bacon.
