Just another Sunday

Waiting on a couple friends and decided to throw together some snacks. Two bacon wrapped sausages and two with jalapeño, hatch, poblano and bacon wrapped. Half dozen pastrami, cream cheese, Swiss and bacon. Will be doing another half dozen chopped shoulder and cream cheese. Along with a tenderloin a bit later. Couple pics for now.

Fresh off the grill. Pepper wrapped always get a little dark but they eat good.

Pepper wrapped sausage with queso verde. Velvetta blanco with jalapeños, poblano, hatch, green onion and tomatillos.
Along with the pastrami jalapeños, a new crowd favorite.
