Finally found picanha

Postby JReich » Sun Aug 27, 2023 6:39 pm

One of the big H‑E‑B near me started carrying this cut and I decided to give it a go. Just salted it and reverse sear with a little mesquite. I hope the HEB keeps carrying it, because it is a fav. $50 of meat gave us 5 10oz steaks.

That looks awesome! All of it.
We love picanha, usually buy it at Wild Fork Foods if you one close enough.
