?"RIPLEY'S"? - - RIBEYE

Postby OldUsedParts » Wed Sep 06, 2023 10:54 am

Subject Description:
RIPLEY'S = "Believe it or not"
RIBEYE = OUP is Grilling a heavily Marbled Ribeye INSTEAD OF his NORMAL "very lean" Center Cut Tenderloin :dont:  :laughing7:

I truly don't know why I decided to do this but I saw this Ribeye and just had to have it :dont:

Four things that won't change are the Sides and Seasonings which are
a Twiced Baked Tater,
a Salad
Suckle Busters Espresso on one side
and their Campfire Steak on the other side
:salut: :chef:

The Steak was Good BUT I'm going back to the Center Cut Tenderloins - - because I like the taste better and it's almost no fat. :chef:

Nice meal you cooked
We all like the cut we like, that's why the cuts are available, case in point....
for our house, it is a porterhouse, about an inch and a half thick or more... The wife gets the tenderloin side, I get the loin side and the dog gets the bone and the whole house is happy!! :P
would I rather have a rib eye yes, but how else can I make the entire house happy?
