Postby Sailor Kenshin » Fri Sep 22, 2023 1:18 pm

We got T-Boned! A welcome change from charred chicken and boy did we pick a good one. Absolute best steak we had all season.

Ther was also Bodybuilder Beer, and a cold green bean salad (but who needs to look at green beans?). :laughing7:

If it was as good as it looks then Y'all be in "high cotton" just chawing down on that one. Taters look dreamy creamy also. :salut:  :chef:

We were lucky to find a steak this thick (1-1/2") in the supermarket. Normally we're lucky to get one that's 1 inch thick.
It grilled up nicely. :D
