OK, T-tobe, when I mentioned what that Awesome Rack of Pork Ribs you cooked and posted had inspired me to do, I wasn't just yappin !
I have never done an extra thick Tomahawk Pork Chop before and I had just asked the HEB Butcher for "A" thick cut Pork Chop so I could stuff and Grill it over Kingsford.
When he showed me this one, I was hooked and today is the day for it to happen.
My only side is a Baked Sweet Tater :dont: don't ask why cause "I don't have a clue" :salut: :texas:

I decided to eat the "stuffed part" kinda like you would eat a Sammich, because the filling kept falling out everywhere. :laughing7: :salut:  :chef: :texas:

Wow, Emm! :wav:

Great idea and you took it over the top.

If I was close, I would have been very happy to drop by and help you eat it. :D

Awesome!
