Lamb Chop Treat

Postby Smoking Piney » Sat Jan 27, 2024 2:03 pm

My wife is not really into lamb. She's visiting friends this weekend and I am treating myself to some grilled chops. :D

Marinaded about 4 hours in McCormick's Brazilian Steakhouse, and cooked hot and fast with some mesquite smoke on the BGE.

Serving this with a baked spud tonight for dinner. :D
