Whirly-Twirly Cluckerdusted Yardbird

Postby tex_toby » Wed Jan 31, 2024 10:19 pm

I dusted off my rotisserie tonight and gave it a spin. Seasoned up my bird with Clucker Dust and let it go about 1 hour 20 min. I was in a hurry to get to go help a buddy out tonight, so I didn't get any plated photos, but it was certainly juicy and flavorful. Maybe I won't wait so long to use the rotisserie again!
