Sitting here wondering the same thing. Kinda why I logged in trying to get some ideas.

Anyone know where to find turkey legs in the DFW area? Thinking about smoking some.

Thanks, I'll run by there this morning. I tried Costco but no luck, so I was thinking maybe Sam's?

I have a Kroger fairly close around here.

Kind of burnt out on cooking BBQ. I also like to do dutch oven cooking, so for tonight I am cooking a pan of butter beans, Cornbread in the D. O., and a fresh apple cobbler in another D. O.
My wife is going to fry chicken.

All I did tonight was a few burgers, hot dogs, and some roasted corn.

Burgers and dogs came out alright. I've done better, but been worse, too. Corn, wish I never did it. Looked pretty, but dry kernels and no taste.

Have 2 briskets, 4 beer can chickens, and 2 large packages of Country Style ribs to do.

Got up early to go fishing, but it was too cold and windy, so I went to Sam's early and loaded up. Going with wife and girls to see Kenny Chesney tonight, so I can't get involved with any cooking till tomorrow...but lookout then.

Don't know bout you PT, but man, I'm pretty pooped....up all night, then served from 10:30 am to 4:00 this afternoon however, it was pretty sporadic.....was an open house at a Pool place, rained all day and all week the forecast was for sunny skies...took most of the fun outa it....hope yours went better than mine, weatherwise anyway....
