My wife works retail, so she'll be working Sat. and Sun. When she gets homes Sunday, I intend to have a couple of racks of ribs finished, with all the necessary sides (ribs are her favorite). I hope it'll be enough to make her happy and good enough to make her really happy!
Saturday will be a surprise, because I haven't thought it out, yet!

8 pounds of beef ribs, 2 pounds of country style piggy ribs, Gator's famous pintos, twice baked mini spuds, Amarillo eggs and mac salad (the Mrs contribution) on menu for Sat. Left overs on Sunday

Still stuck in the hotel for the weekend. Grilled talapia tonight, maybe some fajitas on sunday.
Not going to make it home for Mother's Day, but I did send flowers to Cindy and Mom. Hopefully that will keep me out of too much trouble!!

Nothing planned but yard work. Wife wanted to go to Pappadeaux for Mothers day so I took her yesterday, don't wanna fight that Sunday crowd.
