Halved a chicken and used a baste for the first time. Usually just leave it alone. One of the best tasting chickens I have cooked.

Daughter has the camera so just used my phone.

A sweet onion and squash in the background...

The jalep and onion sat in my mop all day...gave it a nice kick :wink:

Vinegar, olive oil, white wine, pepper, mrs dash, the onion and jalep.
