Citrus Tenderloins

Postby Larry Wolfe » Sat Aug 09, 2008 8:03 am

I seasoned two pork tenderloins with WRC and wrapped in saran wrap for a couple hours to marinade. I also sliced up a green tomato out of the garden and seasoned with kosher salt and fresh ground pepper. Grilled and served with a side of three been salad, great summer time meal!

Does look good!

BTW: I roasted a couple of chickens last weekend using the citrus rub... I gotta tell ya, that straight out of the bottle, I was skeptical, but the finished birds were great! Nice flavor with just the right amount of citrus twange... Good stuff!

James.
