Lazy Wings (I didn't feel like cutting them up) and pork tenderloin chili verde was on the menu today!
I used the leftover grilled pork tenderloin from the other night for the chili verde and this stuff rocks! This was the second time I've grilled chicken with no seasoning at all on it and I love doing it this way and will in the future. I made up a great spicy sweet BBQ sauce and dipped them in it right off the grill and then onto the platter.

Green tomatoes, jalapenos, vidalia onion, pork tenderloin, garlic, cumin, chicken stock and a little chili powder. Simmered for about an hour. This recipe was called chile verde, salsa verde would be the same just without the meat I suppose. I've never had either, but will be trying them again!! Very good.
