Boneless ribeye dinner

Postby OSD » Sun Aug 24, 2008 7:18 pm

I would have rather had bone in steaks, but these were on sale. :D

A little salt and pepper for the steaks and making a couple cheese and potato soufflés and some sauted mushrooms.

Served up with the potato souffle and sauted shrooms.

Gee, if you're that unhappy with them, I'll gladly take them off your hands. That's what friends are for, right.

Excellent job, Jim!

Not unhappy, Rob. :D I just prefer steaks with the bone on them ( except for fillet mignon ), I think they have a better flavor. :D
