Got 3 butts and a brisket going now for my SILs 30th birthday tomorrow. Going to put on 3-4 points I have saved up for some burnt ends plus about 20 sausages tomorrow afternoon to take as well.

The brisket is for us though, into the freezer for chili this winter 8)

Making bratwurst tonight. Not sure what I'm cooking later. I have a couple of chucks that need cooked, so maybe something with them.

I got my Suckle Buster samples in the mail Saturday afternoon !! We had already planned on having pork chops. Everyone wanted to try out the seasonings. Some with Hoochie Mama, and the rest in Hog Waller. Maybee not your typical pork chop seasoning but was good. Only got thesse two pics the chops where gone before I could get a pic of the finished product !! :dont:
