The hardest part is scraping the hair off. Kinda like scraping a Hawg, you can't dunk it too long in the big cast iron pot

I caught a Big'un last night; done got it cleaned and marinating. Gonna fire the Big dog up while it's fresh and have it tomorrow. I only hope it comes out as good as the last ones.
