I'm a newbie but I'm all in. Seems like there's probably enough cooking time I could come up with something for each category. Definitely got my Hunk and my Bird down, but haven't attempted ribs yet since I started smoking (because I started out with the cheapest meats). Way I see it, I've got 3-4 weekends of delicious practice to go...
