Christmas TD?
I've got a 14 pound prime rib to smoke and itching to post up photos.
Thank You to all the fine folks here for all the tips and advice so I can now smoke a chunk of meat and folks actually eat it.

I am up for it, but it will depend on when the last turn in day is? Happy Holidays.

Re: Christmas TD?
How about New Years? Or Super Bowl? We've done that in the past.
BE WELL, BUT NOT DONE

Bobby: "No."
Hank: "Well, there's really no wrong way to do it."
