What happened to the throwdowns?!

One of my favorite aspects here is the BBQ TD. I vote we bring them back.. All in favor?

How did the Throwdowns work? For example would the challenge be like best ribs and you would send pictures. How did they judge

Need someone to set it up with due date, etc., collect the pics, then post for voting. I'll be glad to do it but can't do it until late October.
