Wow.... Thank all for the kind words. That was a hoot for sure. Great looking entries all around. Outstanding job organizing the poll, posting pics and general duties to put this whole show together.

Cook Details for those interested.......

1/2 pork loin "splayed" out to about 1/2" thick - spread a layer of pre-cooked StoveTop Herb Stuffing Mix followed by a layer of Provolone cheese and topped off with a layer of sliced brisket point. Roll it up and do the butcher twine lacing - smoked (cherry & hickory) at 250* for 2 hours until center reached 145*.
